Sheri Lytle has over 20 years experience in the field of Human Resources. She holds a certification of Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute of Society for Human Resource Management. She has earned two bachelors’ degrees and a Masters degree with concentrations in the field of business, human resources (personnel management) and industrial relations along with information technology. She has been nominated and appeared in the “Who’s Who in Human Resources” and “Who’s Who in Professionals” publications.

Sheri holds the following certification(s): Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Masters of Science in Management (MSM), and Human Resource Project Manager (HRPM).

Sheri has extensive experience in human resources, organizational design, executive coaching, strategic planning, information technology, project management, quality control, manufacturing, and operations. She is actively involved in a variety of industries including oil & gas, professional engineering, health care, aerospace, contract manufacturing and service organizations. Sheri has experience with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has served large, mid-size and small organizations including Fortune 500 companies.

Sheri also serves as an adjunct faculty member for Olivet Nazarene University where she has taught human resources and business courses for over 14 years. Topics include: Employment Law, Performance Management, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Safety and Regulatory Compliance, Organizational and Industrial Psychology, Conflict Management and Resolution, Developing and Retaining Top Talent, along with several others.

Sheri has also served on several boards. Sheri is a strategic business partner using human capital to increase productivity and maximize profits.
