About Us

Sheri Lytle has over 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources. She holds a certification of Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute of Society for Human Resource Management. She has earned two bachelors’ degrees and a Masters’ degree with concentrations in the field of business, human resources along with information technology. She has been nominated and appeared in the “Who’s Who in Human Resources” and “Who’s Who in Professionals” publications. Sheri has won several other awards over the course of her career for her outstanding contributions to the field of Human Resources.

Sheri holds the following certification(s): Certified Management Consultant (CMC)Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Masters of Science in Management (MSM), and Human Resource Project Manager (HRPM).

Sheri has extensive experience in human resources, organizational design, executive coaching, strategic planning, information technology, project management, data analytics, quality control, manufacturing, logistics, and operations. She is actively involved in a variety of industries including oil & gas, engineering, health care, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, retail and service organizations. Sheri has experience with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has served large, mid-size and small organizations including Fortune 500 companies.

Sheri also serves as an adjunct faculty member for Olivet Nazarene University where she has taught human resources and business courses for over 15 years. Topics include: Employment Law, Performance Management, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Safety and Regulatory Compliance, Organizational and Industrial Psychology, Conflict Management and Resolution, Developing and Retaining Top Talent, along with several others.

Sheri currently serves as a Board member for The Healthcare Research Foundation and the Houston Business Coalition on Health. Sheri also serves as a Thought Leader for the Society for Human Resource Management, an Human Resources Council member for the American Management Association and a member of the Employer Task Force for the Office of the Attorney General in the State of Texas.
